From February 23rd to March 9th, 2023, an exhibition of contemporary art will see the presence of international artists through different artistic disciplines: from painting to sculpture, from photography to digital painting, from installation to the performance.
Exhibition Concept:
A non-random title because the reflection from which those who have to conceive and curate the exhibition start is that all studies, analyses, scientific and sociological research today maintain that our world is on the verge of no return: seas of plastic, increasingly scarce water resources, climate change which, as declared by Emanuele Bompan, journalist of the Water Grabbing Observatory, has consequences on all existing balances. And this is why we are now talking about the so-called climate migrants destined to increase greatly in the near future. Only extremely virtuous behaviours can reverse course and promote culturally and technologically better management of water resources and clean energy that must replace polluting ones. Here, then, is the question that the exhibition “Better life: ART
can do it” asks the artists: what future lies ahead and what can Art do to try to alert consciences? Each artist will be selected on the basis of specific skills that cover the overall panorama of the arts: from painting, sculpture, photography, digital painting, installations and performances, including sound. It is now universally recognized that the contribution of the arts to civil and social life can affect the choices of individuals and communities and, at the same time, indicating virtuous paths and denouncing the negative that runs through our lives.
